Custom Order Disclaimer

All custom orders are final sale, due to the personalized nature of custom apparel, embroidery, DTF, and screen-printed items.  There will be no refunds, or exchanges once an order has been approved and production has begun.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, including but not limited to artwork, spelling, colors, sizing, and placement prior to production.  Approval confirms acceptance of the design an specifications as presented.  

Minor variations in color, placement sizing, and finish may occur due to differences in material, production methods, and screen or monitor displays.  These variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

JGirls&CDeSigns is not responsible for errors resulting from client-provided artwork, incorrect information, or approvals granted by the client.

Production timelines are estimates and may be affected by order volume, apparel availability, or unforeseen circumstances.  Turnaround times begin after final approval and payment are received.

By placing a custom order, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this disclaimer.
